From Tampines MRT Station, take the East West Line towards Pasir Ris. Alight at Tanah Merah MRT Station. At Tanah Merah, transfer to the Changi Airport MRT line. Take the train towards Changi Airport and alight at the final stop. Once you arrive at Changi Airport, follow the signs to Jewel Changi Airport. The HSBC Rain Vortex is located inside Jewel, easily accessible after entering the building.
