If you are starting from Tampines MRT Station, exit the station and head towards the Tampines Bus Interchange. From there, take Bus 69 or Bus 12. Alight at the stop 'Tampines Avenue 9 - Blk 893.' After alighting, walk straight along Tampines Avenue 9 for about 10 minutes. You will pass by several HDB flats and small shops. Keep an eye out for the signs pointing to Tampines Maze Garden. The entrance is located adjacent to the Tampines Eco Green park.

From Tampines MRT Station, you can take Bus 34 directly to 'Tampines Avenue 10 - Blk 860.' Once you alight, walk towards the direction of Tampines Eco Green park. It is a short 5-minute walk from the bus stop. Look for directional signs guiding you to the entrance of Tampines Maze Garden.
Walking
If you are near Tampines Hub, you can walk to Tampines Maze Garden. Head east along Tampines Avenue 10, and continue straight for about 15 minutes. You will pass by the Tampines Regional Library and some residential areas. The garden entrance will be on your left, just before you reach Tampines Eco Green.
