If you are starting from Tampines MRT Station, exit the station and head towards the Tampines Bus Interchange. Once you reach the interchange, head towards the main road (Tampines Central). Walk straight along Tampines Central until you see Century Square on your right at 2 Tampines Central 5. It is a large shopping mall with a distinct facade.

From Tampines MRT Station, go to the Tampines Bus Interchange located right next to the MRT station. Take any bus that goes towards the direction of Tampines Central, such as Bus 18, 21, or 29.
