If you're near Tampines MRT Station, exit the station and head towards the escalator leading to the ground level. Once you are outside, turn right and walk straight along Tampines Central. You will pass by the Tampines Bus Interchange on your left. Continue walking for about 5 minutes, and you will see Tampines Mall on your right at 4 Tampines Central 5.

If you are at a bus stop in Tampines, look for bus services that go to Tampines Mall. Routes such as 8, 18, 29, 50, and 293 stop at the Tampines Mall. Board the bus and alight at the stop named 'Tampines Mall'. The mall will be directly in front of you upon getting off the bus.

Biking

If you're in the vicinity of Tampines and have access to a bicycle, you can ride towards Tampines Central. Head towards the Tampines MRT Station and then follow the pathway leading to Tampines Mall. It's about a 10-minute ride from the MRT station. Make sure to use the designated bike lanes for safety.
