Walking
From Maho Beach, head east towards the main road, Airport Road (also known as Route 404). Once you reach the road, turn left. Continue walking until you reach the intersection with Route 1. Keep walking straight; you will pass several shops and restaurants along the way. After about 1.5 kilometers, you will reach the roundabout at Simpson Bay. Take the second exit to stay on Route 1, heading towards Marigot. As you approach Marigot, follow the signposts that direct you towards the town center. Once in Marigot, follow the signs towards Fort St. Louis, which is located on a hill overlooking the harbor. The entrance is marked, and you can walk up to the fort to enjoy the views and explore the area.
