If you are starting from the main square, Námestie SNP, head south towards the end of the square. At the end, turn left onto Jozefa Karola Hella Street. Continue straight for about 500 meters until you reach the intersection with Kapitulská Street. Turn right onto Kapitulská Street, and the Museum of the Slovak National Uprising will be on your left at number 23.

From the Banská Bystrica train station, take bus number 21 or 22 towards the city center. Get off at the 'Námestie SNP' stop. From there, walk south towards the end of the square, then turn left onto Jozefa Karola Hella Street. Continue straight for about 500 meters, then turn right onto Kapitulská Street. The museum will be on your left at number 23.
