    Getting There

    Car

    From Besenova Thermal Park, head northwest on the main road (E77) towards Liptovský Mikuláš. After approximately 15 minutes, take the exit toward Demänovská Dolina. Continue on this road for about 10 minutes until you reach the entrance to the Demänovská Ice Cave, which is well-signposted. Parking is available near the cave entrance for a small fee, so be prepared to pay for parking.

    Public Transportation

    From Besenova Thermal Park, walk to the nearest bus stop and take a bus towards Liptovský Mikuláš. You may need to transfer buses at the Liptovský Mikuláš bus station. Look for a bus that goes to 'Demänovská Dolina' or directly to 'Demänovská Ice Cave.' The journey will take around 30-40 minutes. Once you arrive at the designated stop, it will be a short walk to the cave entrance.

    Walking

    If you are staying near the Besenova Thermal Park and prefer to walk, you can take a scenic route along the river. Start by heading west from the park until you reach the main road (E77). Turn right and follow the sidewalk along the E77 for approximately 4 kilometers. This will take you directly towards the Demänovská Ice Cave. Note that this route may take around an hour to walk, so wear comfortable shoes.
