Walking
If you're already in Old Town (Stare Mesto), Freedom Square (Námestie slobody) is easily accessible on foot. Start at the Main Square (Hlavné námestie) and head south towards the Slovak National Theatre. Continue walking straight down Karpatká Street, which will lead you directly to the square. The walk should take approximately 10-15 minutes, depending on your pace. Once you reach the intersection with Karpatká Street, turn left and you'll see Freedom Square ahead.

If you prefer not to walk, you can take a tram. Head to the nearest tram stop, which could be 'Obchodná' or 'Hlavná stanica' depending on your location within Old Town. Take tram number 4 or 9 heading towards 'Námestie SNP.' After about 5-7 minutes, get off at the 'Námestie SNP' stop. From there, it's a short walk (about 5 minutes) to Freedom Square.
