Getting There

Tram
From Ruzinov, head to the nearest tram stop, 'Ruzinovská' (Tram Line 4). Board the tram in the direction of 'Karpaty'. Ride for about 10 minutes and get off at 'Most SNP' (the SNP Bridge stop).

Once you disembark at 'Most SNP', walk towards the bridge and cross the Danube River. After crossing, continue straight ahead. You will see signs directing you towards Bratislava Castle. The walk from the bridge to the castle takes approximately 15 minutes.

Alternatively, after crossing the bridge, you can take the funicular from 'UFO' (the observation deck located on the bridge) to the top of the hill where the castle is located. The funicular fare is approximately €0.70. This ride takes only a few minutes and offers a great view of the city.
