If you are traveling by car from the Muranska Planina National Park, head south on the main road (E571) towards the town of Tisovec. Continue for approximately 20 kilometers until you reach the town. Once in Tisovec, follow the signs to the city center. The Múzeum ozubnicovej železnice is located at Hviezdoslavova 433, which should be easily reachable from the main road. Parking is available nearby.

For those using public transportation, you can take a bus from the nearest town within Muranska Planina National Park to Tisovec. Check local bus schedules for routes heading to Tisovec. Once you arrive at the Tisovec bus station, the museum is about a 15-minute walk. Head northeast on Mierová Street, turn left onto Špitálska Street, and continue straight until you reach Hviezdoslavova Street. The museum will be on your right.
