Continue on E571 for approximately 18 km. Once you reach Brzotín, look for the signs directing you to Slovak Karst National Park. The park's visitor center is located at Hámosiho 188, 049 51 Brzotín. The total drive should take about 30-40 minutes depending on traffic.
