If you're starting from the Koper city center, walk towards the main square (Titov trg). From the square, head towards the waterfront along Ulica 15. Maja. Continue straight until you reach the promenade along the sea. Follow the promenade to your left (west) until you see the signs for City Beach. It should take about 15-20 minutes.

Public Transport
From the Koper bus station, take bus number 8 or any bus heading towards Semedelska cesta. Get off at the stop named 'Semedelska cesta'. Once you alight, walk towards the sea along Semedelska cesta. City Beach Koper will be ahead, and you can follow the signs to the beach entrance. The bus ride takes about 5 minutes, and the walk from the bus stop will take around 5 minutes.

If you prefer biking, you can rent a bike at one of the rental stations in Koper. Head towards the waterfront and follow the cycling path along the coast. Continue cycling west along the coast until you reach Semedelska cesta. City Beach Koper will be nearby. The ride should take about 15 minutes, depending on your pace.
