Getting There

    If you are starting from Prešeren Square, head towards the Triple Bridge (Tromostovje) located at the eastern end of the square. Cross the bridge, and continue straight onto the street called Wolfova ulica. Walk for about 5 minutes until you reach the intersection with Turjaška ulica. Turn left onto Turjaška ulica, and you will find the National and University Library on your right at number 1.

    If you are near the Ljubljana Central Market, you can take bus number 2 or 3. Board the bus at the nearest stop, which is the 'Pionirski Park' stop. After a short ride, get off at the 'Zvezda Park' stop. From there, walk towards the north along Cankarjevo Nabrežje for about 5 minutes, then turn right onto Turjaška ulica. The National and University Library will be on your left at number 1.

    From Ljubljana Castle, make your way down the hill towards the Old Town. Once you reach the bottom, follow the path towards Stari trg. Walk straight until you reach the intersection with Krekov trg. Turn left onto Krekov trg and continue until you reach the end of the square. You will see Turjaška ulica on your right. Walk down Turjaška ulica, and the National and University Library will be at number 1, just a few minutes away.
