    If you are starting from Prešeren Square, head east towards Wolfova Street. Continue straight onto Gregorčičeva Street. After about 300 meters, turn left onto Trg Francoske Revolucije. Walk straight, crossing the Ljubljanica River via the Dragon Bridge. After crossing, take a right onto the main road, and continue straight for another 500 meters. You will reach Turjaška ulica, where the National and University Library is located at number 1.

    From Ljubljana's main bus station, take bus number 6 or 8 towards 'Brod'. After about 5 minutes, get off at the 'Kongresni trg' stop. From there, walk straight down the street, passing the Ljubljana Castle on your right. Continue walking until you reach the intersection with Turjaška ulica. Turn left onto Turjaška ulica and you will find the National and University Library at number 1.

    If you are near the Ljubljana Railway Station, take tram line 1 towards 'Brod'. Ride for 3 stops and get off at 'Kongresni trg'.
