If you are in the center of Ljubljana, start at Prešeren Square, which is a popular landmark. From here, head southeast towards the Ljubljanica River. Turn left onto Šubičeva ulica, and you'll find the National Assembly Building of Slovenia at number 4, just a short walk away.
