Getting There

    If you are starting from the Ljubljana Central Market, head east towards the Ljubljanica River. Cross the river using the Butcher's Bridge (Mesarski Most). After crossing, turn left and follow the riverbank until you reach the Triple Bridge (Tromostovje). Cross the Triple Bridge, and you will see Prešeren Square directly in front of you.

  • Bus

    If you are near the Ljubljana Bus Station, take bus number 1 towards 'Brod'. Get off at the 'Prešernov trg' stop. Once you exit the bus, Prešeren Square will be right in front of you, just a short walk away.

  • Tram

    Although Ljubljana does not have a tram system, you can use the local buses that function similarly. From the main train station, take bus number 2 towards 'Kongresni trg' and get off at 'Prešernov trg'. You will be immediately at the square.

  • Bicycle

    If you are renting a bicycle, start from Tivoli Park. Exit the park on the southern side and ride towards the city center. Follow the signs to Prešern Square. The ride should take approximately 10-15 minutes. Park your bicycle at one of the bike racks available nearby.
