Walking
If you are starting from Prešeren Square, head east towards the Ljubljanica River. Cross the Triple Bridge (Tromostovje) to reach the opposite bank. Once on the other side, continue straight until you reach the end of the street. Turn left onto Gregorčičeva Street and continue walking until you reach Kongresni trg (Congress Square). The Slovenian Philharmonic Building is located at Kongresni trg 10, on your right.

If you are near Ljubljana's main bus station (Avtobusna Postaja), take bus number 6 (direction: Koseze) or bus number 8 (direction: Vojkova). Get off at the 'Kongresni trg' stop.
