    If you are starting from Ljubljana's central square (Prešeren Square), head east towards the Ljubljanica River. Walk along the riverbank until you reach the Dragon Bridge (Zmajski Most). Cross the bridge and continue straight on Špica Street. After about 700 meters, you will come to a fork; take the left path towards the Park Tabor. Walk through the park, and you will see the Spomenik ilegalcem at the northern part of the park, situated prominently as a historical landmark.
