Walking
If you are starting from Ljubljana's central square (Prešeren Square), head east towards the Ljubljanica River. Walk along the riverbank until you reach the Dragon Bridge (Zmajski Most). Cross the bridge and continue straight on Špica Street. After about 700 meters, you will come to a fork; take the left path towards the Park Tabor. Walk through the park, and you will see the Spomenik ilegalcem at the northern part of the park, situated prominently as a historical landmark.

Public Transport (Bus)
From Ljubljana's main bus station, take bus number 6 or 8 towards the direction of 'Cankarjeva' and get off at the 'Tabor' stop. Once you exit the bus, head north towards the park. Walk straight into Park Tabor, and the Spomenik ilegalcem will be located at the northern side of the park.

From Tivoli Park, exit towards the main road (Celovška Cesta) and head southeast. Continue walking until you reach the intersection with Špica Street. Turn left on Špica Street and follow the path towards the Dragon Bridge. After crossing the bridge, continue straight for about 700 meters, and you will find the Spomenik ilegalcem in Park Tabor.
