Walking
If you are starting from Ljubljana's city center (Prešeren Square), head southeast towards Wolfova Street. Walk along Wolfova Street until you reach the intersection with Dalmatinova Street. Turn left onto Dalmatinova Street and continue straight until you reach the end of the street. You will come to a larger road, where you will see Trg francoske revolucion (French Revolution Square) ahead. Cross the square, and continue straight onto Karunova ulica. Plečnik House is located at number 6, just a short walk down the road on your left.

From Ljubljana's main bus station, take bus number 6 (direction: Dolgi Most) or bus number 8 (direction: Vič). Get off at the 'Muzejska' stop. From there, walk along the main road towards the park. Continue walking until you reach Karunova ulica, then turn left. Walk for a few minutes, and you will find Plečnik House at number 6 on your right.
