Walking
If you are starting from the center of Nova Gorica, head towards the main square (Trg Edvarda Kardelja). From the square, walk east on Ulica Tolminskih Puntarjev. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Ulica Vojvode Putnika. Turn right onto Ulica Vojvode Putnika and keep walking until you reach the Transalpina Railway Station (Železniška Postaja). The Muzej Državna Meja na Goriškem is located at Stazione della Transalpina, piazzale della Transalpina / Železniška Postaja, Kolodvorska pot 8, 5000 Nova Gorica, right next to the train station.

From Nova Gorica bus station, take bus number 1 towards the Transalpina station. The bus will take approximately 10 minutes. Get off at the Transalpina station stop. Once you exit the bus, the Muzej Državna Meja na Goriškem is located at Stazione della Transalpina, piazzale della Transalpina / Železniška Postaja, Kolodvorska pot 8, 5000 Nova Gorica, right next to the station.
