Getting There

  • Car

    From your current location in Blyde River Canyon Nature Reserve, head out towards the R532 road. Follow the R532 south until you reach the junction with the R36. Take the R36 and continue to follow the signs to Kruger National Park. After approximately 70 km, you will reach the entrance to Kruger National Park. Please note that there is an entrance fee to the park, which varies depending on the type of vehicle and the number of passengers. Once inside, follow the signs to Skukuza Rest Camp, which is located about 30 km from the entrance. The camp is well-marked, and you will find it on the banks of the Sabie River.

  • Public Transportation

    If you are using public transport, your best option is to take a bus from a nearby town like Hoedspruit or Hazyview to the entrance of Kruger National Park. Buses may not run frequently, so check the schedule in advance. Once you arrive at the entrance, you will need to arrange a shuttle or taxi service to take you to Skukuza Rest Camp, as public transport within the park is limited.
