Once you arrive in Stellenbosch, get off at the Stellenbosch Square stop. From there, you can either walk or take a taxi. If walking, head down Church Street, then turn left onto Bird Street, and continue straight until you reach Annandale Road. The winery will be on your left.

From Cape Town Station, purchase a ticket for the train to Stellenbosch. The train journey takes about 1 hour. Once you arrive at Stellenbosch Station, exit the station and walk down Adam Tas Road. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Annandale Road. Turn left onto Annandale Road, and you will find Annandale Wines a short walk ahead on your right.
