From Cape Town city center, head to the Cape Town Railway Station. Purchase a ticket for the train to Muizenberg. Trains to Muizenberg run regularly, approximately every 30 minutes. Once on the train, enjoy the scenic ride along the False Bay coastline, which takes about 40 minutes. Disembark at Muizenberg Station.

After exiting Muizenberg Station, turn left and walk towards the beach. You will see the Muizenberg beach along the way. Continue walking along the beach promenade, heading towards St James. The walking path is clearly marked and follows the coastline, providing picturesque views of the ocean and the surrounding mountains. The distance from Muizenberg to St James is about 2 kilometers, which should take you approximately 30-40 minutes to walk.

Public Transport (Bus)
From Cape Town city center, you can also take a MyCiTi bus to Muizenberg. Catch the bus from any MyCiTi bus stop near the city center heading towards the southern suburbs. Ensure you have a MyCiTi card to tap on and off. The bus ride will take approximately 60 minutes. Once you arrive at Muizenberg, follow the same walking directions along the beach promenade towards St James.
