Car
If you are driving from the central areas of Table Mountain National Park, head southeast on the M3 highway towards Muizenberg. Continue on the M3 for approximately 20 km, passing through the suburb of Constantia. Take the exit towards Muizenberg, and follow the signs to Muizenberg beach. Once you reach Muizenberg, look for parking available near the beach. There may be parking fees ranging from R10 to R20 depending on duration. After parking, walk towards the beach and follow the promenade along the coast until you reach the Muizenberg Catwalk, which is located along the False Bay coastline.

For those using public transport, take the Metrorail train from the central Cape Town station towards Muizenberg. The journey takes about 40 minutes. Upon arrival at Muizenberg station, exit the station and walk straight towards the beach front. Follow the promenade along the beach until you reach the Muizenberg Catwalk.
