If you are in the Cape Town city center, head to the Civic Centre MyCiTi bus station. Take the MyCiTi bus route 109 towards the Claremont station. The bus will take approximately 30 minutes, depending on traffic. Once you arrive at the Claremont station, exit the bus and head southwest on Main Road (towards the Claremont Mall). Continue straight for about 600 meters until you reach Stegman Road. Turn left onto Stegman Road and walk for about 200 meters. RUSH Claremont will be on your right at 25 Stegman Rd.

If you are staying in Claremont, simply walk towards Main Road. From the Claremont railway station, head southwest along Main Road. Continue for about 500 meters until you reach the intersection with Stegman Road. Turn left onto Stegman Road and walk for another 200 meters until you see RUSH Claremont on your right.
