From Cape Town Station, board the Southern Line train towards Simon's Town. The journey will take approximately 1 hour. Enjoy the beautiful scenery along the way. Get off at Simon's Town Station. Once you exit the station, walk straight down St George's Street towards the waterfront. Continue walking until you reach the beach area, where you will find Seaforth Beach.

Take the MyCiTi bus from the Cape Town Civic Centre (located near the train station) to Hout Bay. At Hout Bay, transfer to the bus heading to Simon's Town. The bus ride will take approximately 1.5 hours. Once you arrive in Simon's Town, ask the driver to drop you off at the nearest stop to Seaforth Beach. From there, follow the signs towards the beach, which is a short walk away.

Bicycle
If you're feeling adventurous, you can rent a bicycle from one of the shops in Cape Town. Take the scenic route along the coast via the M3 highway (make sure to use safe cycling paths). The ride to Simon's Town is approximately 40 km and will take around 2.5 hours. Once you arrive, follow the signs to Seaforth Beach, which is located near the waterfront.

If you are close to Simon's Town, and prefer to walk, simply head towards the waterfront area. Follow the coastline, and you will eventually arrive at Seaforth Beach. This is a lovely walk with beautiful ocean views, but be prepared for a longer journey as it could take over an hour depending on where you start.
