Bus
Take the MyCiTi bus from the Cape Town City Centre. Board the bus at the 'Civic Centre' station and take the bus number 107 towards 'Hout Bay'. Get off at the 'Glen Beach' stop. From there, walk towards Signal Hill Road. The walk will take approximately 20 minutes. Once you reach Signal Hill Road, continue walking uphill until you see the entrance to Signal Hill Paragliding.

If you are in the V&A Waterfront area, you can walk to Signal Hill Paragliding. Head towards the Nelson Mandela Boulevard and follow it until you reach the intersection with Buitengracht Street. Turn left onto Buitengracht and head up towards Signal Hill. The walk will take about 45 minutes, and you'll enjoy beautiful views of the city and harbor along the way. Once you reach Signal Hill Road, continue uphill to the paragliding site.
