Start your journey from De Hoop Nature Reserve. Exit the reserve and head northwest on the R326 towards Swellendam. Continue for about 30 kilometers until you reach the N2 highway. Merge onto the N2 towards Cape Town. After approximately 38 kilometers, take the exit for the R62 towards Montagu. Follow the R62 for about 35 kilometers until you reach the town of Barrydale. From Barrydale, continue on the R62 for another 20 kilometers, and then take the turnoff onto the R323 towards Anysberg Nature Reserve. Follow the R323 for about 15 kilometers until you reach the entrance of Anysberg Nature Reserve.
