After approximately 15 minutes of walking along the promenade, you will see the Dick King Statue located at 1 Victoria Embankment, right by the water's edge.

    To reach the Dick King Statue using public transport, locate the nearest bus stop that services the Durban Central district, such as the one at the Durban City Hall. Take a bus heading towards the North Beach area. Inform the driver that you want to stop at the Victoria Embankment. Once you disembark, the statue is a short walk away.
