Car
If you are driving from any point within Hluhluwe-Imfolozi Park, head towards the main park exit. Follow the signs directing you to the N2 highway. Once you reach the N2, turn left towards Hluhluwe. Continue on the N2 for approximately 25 kilometers until you reach the R618 turnoff. Take the R618 exit and turn left onto the R618. Continue on the R618 for about 15 kilometers. You will then see a sign for Bushlands Road. Turn right onto Bushlands Road and continue for approximately 4 kilometers. Bonamanzi Game Reserve will be on your left at 324 Bushlands Road.

There are limited public transportation options directly to Bonamanzi Game Reserve. However, you can take a taxi or shuttle service from Hluhluwe town. Start at the Hluhluwe taxi rank, located near the main road. Look for a taxi heading to Hluhluwe or the surrounding areas. Inform the driver you want to go to Bonamanzi Game Reserve on Bushlands Road. The fare may vary but expect to pay around R50 to R100 per person. Once you arrive at Bushlands Road, you may need to walk approximately 1 kilometer to reach the entrance of Bonamanzi Game Reserve.
