If you're driving from the Table Mountain Aerial Cableway, head southwest on Tafelberg Road towards the city. Continue straight until you reach the junction with Signal Hill Road. Turn right onto Signal Hill Road and follow the signs to Cape Paragliding. The location will be on your left at 2 Signal Hill Rd, Signal Hill, Cape Town, 8001. Parking is available nearby, but be aware that there may be a small parking fee.

From the Table Mountain Aerial Cableway, walk to the nearest bus stop and take the MyCiTi bus route 107 towards the City Centre. Get off at the 'Hertzog Boulevard' stop and transfer to bus route 109 towards Camps Bay. Disembark at the 'Signal Hill' stop. From there, it is a 10-minute walk to the paragliding site. Follow Signal Hill Road, and you will find Cape Paragliding at 2 Signal Hill Rd. Be sure to check the MyCiTi schedule for the latest bus times.
