If you are traveling by car within Tsitsikamma National Park, start from the Tsitsikamma National Park entrance. Head east on the N2 highway towards Storms River. After approximately 9 km, take the exit toward Storms River Bridge. Continue straight for about 2 km until you reach the XRR2 road. Turn right onto XRR2 and follow it for about 3 km. You will see signs for Blue-bay along the way. Look for the coordinates XRR2+48, where Blue-bay is located.
