Getting There

  • Car

    If you are driving from Storms River Village, head west on the N2 highway. After approximately 20 kilometers, take the exit toward The Crags. Follow the signs to The Crags and continue on N2 for about 5 kilometers. Then, turn right onto the R102 road. Tenikwa Wildlife Rehabilitation & Awareness Centre will be on your left after around 1 kilometer. There is a parking area available on-site.

    To reach Tenikwa via public transport, first, take a bus from Storms River to Plettenberg Bay. This journey takes about 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Plettenberg Bay, you'll need to take a local taxi or shuttle service to The Crags. Make sure to inform the driver to drop you off at the Tenikwa Wildlife Rehabilitation & Awareness Centre. The taxi fare can vary but expect to pay around R50 to R100.
