Walking
From downtown Aiken, head east on Laurens Street SW towards Richland Avenue SW. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Whiskey Road. Turn right onto Whiskey Road and walk for about 0.6 miles. At the intersection with US-1 (Edgefield Avenue), cross the street and continue straight onto the sidewalk. Follow the path until you reach the Aiken Mall. From there, continue eastward towards the Aiken County Historical Museum. Once you reach the museum, look for signs directing you towards the Greenway Trail that leads to the Riverwalk area. Follow the trail until you arrive at Oglethorpe Park, which is located along the Riverwalk Augusta.

Bicycle
If you have access to a bicycle, start at the Aiken City Parks Department located at 1000 S. Boundary Avenue. Head east on Boundary Avenue, then turn left onto East Pine Log Road. Follow this road as it curves and becomes the Greenway Trail. Continue along the trail, which will take you towards the Riverwalk Augusta. Once you reach the Riverwalk, follow the path until you see signs for Oglethorpe Park.

You can take the public bus from the Aiken Transit Center, located at 401 E. Richland Avenue. Board the bus heading towards Augusta, GA. Inform the driver that you would like to get off at the Riverwalk Augusta stop. Once you arrive, walk along the Riverwalk until you find Oglethorpe Park, which is situated along the scenic path.
