From Caesars Head State Park, head southeast on State Park Rd toward SC-11. Turn right onto SC-11 S and continue for approximately 7 miles. Then, take the exit onto I-385 S toward Greenville. After about 12 miles, take exit 39B for Mauldin Rd. Continue on Mauldin Rd for about 1.5 miles. The Conestee Nature Preserve will be on your right at 840 Mauldin Rd, Greenville, SC 29607. There is ample parking available at the preserve.
