If you're driving, start at the center of Folly Beach, specifically at the Folly Beach County Park. Head east on E Ashley Ave toward 2nd St E. Turn left onto 2nd St E, then right onto State Hwy 171 (Folly Road). Continue on State Hwy 171 for about 3 miles. The Graffiti Boat will be located on your right side, near the marsh area. Look for the colorful graffiti on the boat, which is hard to miss.
