Walking
From the center of Greer, head northeast on W Poinsett St towards S Main St. Continue straight for about 0.5 miles until you reach the intersection with S Suber Rd. Turn left onto S Suber Rd and walk for approximately 1 mile. When you reach the intersection with E Wade Hampton Blvd, continue straight for another 0.3 miles. After crossing over the bridge, take a right onto Cleveland Park Dr. The entrance to the Greenville Zoo will be on your left after about 0.3 miles.

Public Transport
Begin at the Greer Transit Center located at 110 E Poinsett St. Take the #1 bus towards Greenville. The bus will make several stops; remain on the bus for about 20 minutes until you reach the stop at the intersection of E Wade Hampton Blvd and Cleveland Park Dr. From there, walk south on Cleveland Park Dr for about 0.3 miles, and the Greenville Zoo will be on your left.

If you are renting a bike in Greer, start at the Greer City Park. Head east on E Poinsett St towards S Main St and turn left onto S Main St. Continue straight for about 0.4 miles until you reach S Suber Rd. Turn right onto S Suber Rd and ride for approximately 1 mile. Once you reach E Wade Hampton Blvd, turn left and continue for 0.3 miles. Turn right onto Cleveland Park Dr, and the Greenville Zoo will be on your left after about 0.3 miles.
