If you're starting from the center of Hilton Head Island, head towards the Cross Island Parkway. From there, take the bike path towards the north side of the island, where you'll find a route leading out to the bridge towards Beaufort. Once you cross the bridge, continue on US-21 towards Boundary Street. The Beaufort National Cemetery is located at 1601 Boundary St, on your left. The total distance is approximately 25 miles, so plan for a long ride.

Begin your journey at the nearest bus stop on Hilton Head Island. Take the Palmetto Breeze bus service, which operates routes to Beaufort. Make sure to check the schedule for the Palmetto Breeze, as the timing can vary. You will need to get off at the stop closest to Boundary Street. From there, it's a short walk to the cemetery, which is located at 1601 Boundary St. Please plan for about an hour or more for the transit time, depending on connections.
