If you are driving, start from downtown Columbia. Head northwest on Gervais St toward Assembly St. Continue onto US-321 N, then merge onto I-126 W. Take the exit toward I-20 W/Greenville. Merge onto I-20 W. After about 6 miles, take exit 65B for I-26 N toward Charleston. Continue on I-26 N for about 10 miles, then take exit 113A for US-1 N toward Camden. Follow US-1 N for about 4 miles, then turn right onto Wildlife Pkwy. Sea Lion Landing will be on your right at 500 Wildlife Pkwy, Columbia, SC 29210. Parking is available on-site.

The closest bus stop is near the zoo entrance.
