Bus
Start by walking to the nearest bus stop. If you are in downtown Spartanburg, head to the Spartanburg Transit Center at 119 E Main St. From there, take the bus route 4 towards the Westgate Mall. Stay on the bus for approximately 30 minutes until you reach the stop at the intersection of E Main St and S Pine St. Transfer to bus route 3 towards Greenville. Ride this bus for about 25 minutes. Get off at the stop near the intersection of State Park Rd and E North St. From there, it’s a short walk to Paris Mountain State Park, which is about 0.5 miles away. Just head northeast on State Park Rd until you reach the park entrance.

Bicycle
If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bike from a local rental shop in Spartanburg. Start from downtown Spartanburg and head east on E Main St. Continue straight until you reach S Pine St, then turn left. Follow S Pine St until you connect with S Church St. Take a right onto E North St, which will lead you out of the city. Follow E North St until you reach State Park Rd. Turn left onto State Park Rd and continue for approximately 2 miles until you arrive at Paris Mountain State Park.

Walking
If you are feeling adventurous and want to walk to Paris Mountain State Park, start at the Spartanburg Downtown Memorial Airport. Walk east on E Main St towards S Pine St. Continue on E Main St for about 1 mile. Once you reach S Pine St, turn left and walk for another 0.5 miles until you reach E North St. Turn right onto E North St and walk for about 1.5 miles. You will then come to State Park Rd. Turn left and continue walking for about 1 mile until you see the entrance to Paris Mountain State Park.
