From the center of Spartanburg, head east on E Main St toward N Church St. Continue walking straight for about 0.6 miles until you reach the intersection with S Church St. Turn left onto S Church St and walk for about 0.2 miles. When you reach W Washington St, turn right and continue walking for another 0.3 miles. You will arrive at the intersection with S Main St. Turn left onto S Main St, and the VisitGreenvilleSC Visitor Center will be on your left at 206 S Main St, Greenville, SC 29601.

From the Spartanburg Transit Center, take the bus route that heads towards Greenville. You can catch the bus on E Main St. Make sure to check the schedule for the next departure. After approximately 30 minutes of travel, disembark at the stop closest to S Main St in Greenville. From there, walk south on S Main St for about 5 minutes until you reach the VisitGreenvilleSC Visitor Center located at 206 S Main St, Greenville, SC 29601.

If you have access to a bike, head east from Spartanburg on the rail trail that runs parallel to E Main St. Follow the trail for approximately 1.5 miles until you reach the outskirts of Greenville.
