If you have access to a bicycle, you can ride from Summerville to Folly Beach. Start by heading south on Main Street, then take a right onto Central Avenue. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Highway 17. Follow the bike lanes on Highway 17 south until you reach Folly Road. Turn left onto Folly Road and continue until you reach E Arctic Ave. Turn right on E Arctic Ave, and the Folly Beach Pier will be on your left at 101 E Arctic Ave.

Once you arrive at Folly Beach, exit the bus and walk east on E Arctic Ave for about 10 minutes until you reach the Folly Beach Pier located at 101 E Arctic Ave. Alternatively, you could walk to Folly Beach from Summerville, but it's a long trek of about 12 miles, so it's advisable to take public transport.
