    If you are starting from the center of Brookings, head south on Main Avenue. Continue straight for approximately 1 mile until you reach 32nd Street. Turn right onto 32nd Street and walk for about half a mile. Dakota Nature Park will be on your left at 1705 32nd St S.

    From downtown Brookings, take Main Avenue south for about 1 mile. When you reach 32nd Street, turn right. Continue biking on 32nd Street for about a half mile. Dakota Nature Park will be on your left at 1705 32nd St S. There are bike racks available for parking your bike.

  • Public Transit

    Use the local bus service to reach Dakota Nature Park. Board the bus at the nearest stop in the center of Brookings heading towards the South Dakota State University route. Get off at the stop closest to 32nd Street. From there, walk south on 32nd Street for about 0.3 miles; the park will be on your left at 1705 32nd St S.
