Take exit 47 to merge onto I-80 W toward Omaha. After about 10 miles, take exit 454A for US-75 S toward Omaha. Continue on US-75 S for about 2 miles, then take exit 2B toward Downtown Omaha. After merging onto 14th St, turn right onto Riverfront Dr. The Lewis and Clark National Historic Trail Headquarters and Visitor Center will be on your left at 601 Riverfront Dr, Omaha, NE 68102. Parking is available nearby, but check for any parking fees which could range from $5 to $15 depending on the area.
