From the Wind Cave National Park Visitor Center, head north on US-87 for about 4.5 miles. Turn right onto SD-89 and continue for approximately 6 miles. Turn left onto Boland Ridge Road (look for trailhead signs). The road will lead you to the Boland Ridge area, where you can find parking near the trailhead.

Currently, there is no public transportation that directly services Wind Cave National Park or Boland Ridge. Visitors are encouraged to rent a car for the duration of their stay in the area.
