From Chuncheon Station, walk to the bus stop located right outside the station. Take bus number 5 or 6. The bus will take you through various parts of the city. Get off at the 'Seobudaeseong-ro' stop. Once you exit the bus, walk straight for about 200 meters until you see the Chuncheon Art Gallery on your left at 71 Seobudaeseong-ro.
