Getting There

  • Subway

    If you are starting from Daegu Station, take Line 1 (the blue line) towards Ansim Station. Get off at Banwoldang Station (3 stops). Transfer to Line 2 (the green line) and take the train towards Daegu University. Get off at Apsan Station (4 stops). Upon exiting Apsan Station, follow the signs to the Apsan Cable Car station, which is about a 15-minute walk.

  • Bus

    From Daegu Station, walk to the nearest bus stop and take bus number 403 or 724. These buses will take you directly to the Apsan Observatory. The journey takes about 30 minutes. Be sure to get off at the Apsan Observatory stop.

  • Walking

    If you are near the city center, you can walk to Apsan Observatory. Start from Dongseongro, and head south towards Apsan Park. Follow the signs leading to the Observatory. The walk will take approximately 45 minutes and is a scenic route through the park.
