From central Gangneung, head southeast on the Donghae Expressway (Gyeongbu Expressway) towards the Wangsan-myeon area. Take exit 23 toward Gangneung/Wangsan-myeon. Continue on Anbandegi-gil road for approximately 10 km until you reach Anbandegi, located at 428 Anbandegi-gil. There is parking available near the site. Note that there may be a parking fee, typically around 1,000 KRW for an hour.

Take bus number 201 or 202 from Gangneung Intercity Bus Terminal. The buses run every 30 minutes and take about 30-40 minutes to reach the Wangsan-myeon area. Get off at the Anbandegi stop. From there, you will need to walk approximately 1 km to reach Anbandegi, following the signs along the road. The bus fare is approximately 1,200 KRW.
