From Gwangju's downtown area (광주역), head to the nearest subway station, which is Gwangju Subway Line 1. Board the train towards the 'Songjeong' direction. Alight at the 'Seohae' station (서해역) after 4 stops. Once you exit the station, follow the signs to the bus terminal located at the station. Take bus number 518, which travels towards Seha-dong. After approximately 20 minutes, get off at the 'Seha-dong Community Center' stop. From there, it's about a 10-minute walk to 광주 만귀정. Head east on Dongha-gil (동하길) until you reach the destination at 10 Dongha-gil.

If you are staying near the 광주역, you can also opt for a walking route. Start from 광주역 and head northwest towards Dongmyeong-dong. Walk along the main street until you reach Dongha-gil. Turn left onto Dongha-gil and follow it straight for about 3 kilometers. This path will take you through some local neighborhoods, providing a glimpse of everyday life in Gwangju. Continue straight until you reach 광주 만귀정 at 10 Dongha-gil.
