If you're in Incheon, head to Incheon Station (Incheon Line 1). Take the train towards Soyosan and transfer at the last stop to the Seoul Metro Line 1. Ride the train towards City Hall Station. Once you arrive at City Hall Station, take Exit 2. From there, walk straight for about 10 minutes; you will see Deoksugung Palace on your left at 99 Sejong-daero.

From any location in Incheon, find the nearest bus stop and take Bus No. 1 or Bus No. 300. Both buses travel to the City Hall area in Seoul. Once you arrive at City Hall, disembark and walk towards Sejong-daero for about 5 minutes. Deoksugung Palace will be on your right at 99 Sejong-daero.
