Start by making your way to Incheon Bus Terminal. From there, you can take a bus to Ganghwa Island. Look for Bus No. 3000 or 3001, which will take you directly to Ganghwa-gun. The journey will take approximately 1.5 to 2 hours. Once you arrive at the Ganghwa Bus Terminal, transfer to a local bus heading towards Jangheung-ro. You can catch Bus No. 12 or 13, which will take you close to your destination. Get off at the stop closest to 217 Jangheung-ro. The Ganghwa Seaside Resort will be within walking distance.

Begin your journey at Incheon Station on Line 1 of the Seoul Subway. Travel to Bupyeong Station and transfer to Line 7. Head to the final stop, which is the last station of Line 7. Once you arrive, exit the station and catch a local bus, either Bus No. 12 or 13, heading towards Ganghwa Island. After about 30 minutes on the bus, get off at the stop closest to 217 Jangheung-ro. The Ganghwa Seaside Resort is a short walk from there.
